Role within the Firm
Mcebisi Ngcobo joined Johnston & Partners in 2011 and currently serves as the Firm’s Conveyancer and Head of the Conveyancing Department.
As Head of Department, he is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and oversight of the Conveyancing Department, ensuring that all property transactions are conducted lawfully, efficiently, ethically, and in accordance with regulatory, professional, and firm standards.

Relevant Experience
Mcebisi has extensive experience handling conveyancing transfers, bond registrations, and bond cancellations for major financial institutions, including ABSA, First National Bank, and Standard Bank. He also has experience in the administration of deceased estates and in managing complex conveyancing matters
